The ancient Convent of St. Domenico was later changed into Fontevecchia college during the 19th century to house students and it was built in 15th century by the Domenicans. Remodeled and embellished in the first half of the 1400s, it includes a cloister that houses tombstones and remains of decorations from various eras coming from the historic buildings of the city.
